Book the 12th-floor lounge

The room’s rules

• The lounge is for residents and owners of the building and their guests. The person who books it is there for the whole booking.
• You are responsible for your guests at all times, in the lounge and on their way through the building.
• Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Keep the noise down so it does not disturb your neighbours, and have everyone out by the end of your booking.
• No smoking or vaping, and no barbecues.
• Leave the lounge clean and the way you found it: furniture back in place, kitchen and counters wiped down, floors swept and spills cleaned up.
• Take all garbage and recycling out of the lounge when you leave.
• If the lounge is not left clean, or garbage is left behind, a cleaning charge of $100.00 plus GST, payable to the strata, may apply.
• You are responsible for any damage to the lounge, its furniture or the common property caused by you or your guests. The cost of repair may be charged back to you, payable to the strata.
• When you leave, turn off the lights and appliances, close the windows, and make sure the doors are closed and locked.
• Tell the caretaker right away about any damage, or a spill you could not clean up.
